Tune In To Our Body's Cues

It’s Time To Tune In To Our Body’s Cues

We can’t always avoid stressors in our environment – whether it’s deadlines, workplace politics, interpersonal stress from our relationships, etc. – but we can understand more about ourselves and how we react to them. Do we have a tendency to take on too much, leaving us feeling like we’re spread too thin? Do we struggle with voicing our needs at work, leaving us feeling frustrated and unheard? In this workshop, we’ll take a deep dive into our habits around how we think, feel and act. Gain the tools to spot unhelpful patterns, unpack limiting beliefs around our behaviours, and learn to put in place personal systems to guard against overwhelm and fatigue.

At the same time, learn about the mind-body connection behind the stress and physical ailments that we experience. Though it’s common to think that we can (or should) mentally “tough it out”, our bodies often give us signs that we are stressed – think about when you experienced tension in the neck and shoulders, poor digestion or the dreaded midday energy slump. How do we learn to tune in to our body’s cues? And what can we do to give our bodies what they need when we are experiencing stress? Over the four days, our experts in natural medicine, osteopathy and movement, will empower you with the knowledge to better understand your state of health and cultivate healthful habits to manage stress. We’ll learn to listen to our bodies, and how to give it the tender loving care it needs to rest, restore and re-energise.

When we learn to deal with overwhelm, we gain the power to reclaim focus and calm in our lives so we can show up as our best selves for the people and things that matter the most – we’ll help you to do just that.
